If you enjoy problem-solving, working with numbers, and being part of a collaborative team—this could be a strong fit.What You’ll Be DoingSupport audit engagements from planning through completionReview and analyse financial statements to identify risks or inconsistenciesPrepare audit workpapers and maintain accurate documentationPerform testing of internal controls and substantive audit proceduresCollaborate with senior auditors and managers to meet deadlinesCommunicate findings clearly and professionallyStay updated on audit standards and best practices (US GAAP exposure is a plus)What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field1–3 years of audit experience (public accounting experience is preferred)Strong understanding of audit processes and financial reportingHigh attention to detail and analytical thinkingAbility to work independently in a remote environmentStrong English communication skills (written and verbal)Experience working with US clients or standards is highly advantageousWorking ArrangementLocation: Remote (LATAM-based candidates only)Hours: Must be available to work US business hours (required)Type: Independent contractor (this is not a traditional employment role)Setup: Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace requiredWhat Makes This Role DifferentThis role offers more than just day-to-day audit work.
