Responsibilities: As a Charge Nurse at Community Health System, you oversee daily clinical operations and support your care team to ensure safe, high quality patient care. You serve as the main liaison for your assigned area, working with physicians, staff, patients and families. You’ll coordinate patient flow, guide staff assignments and take responsibility for patient safety, quality and regulatory activities across the unit.
