We take pride in being a trusted partner for creating memorable event experiences. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Brainerd, MN. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, managing inventory and logistics, and supervising team members to meet business goals. This role requires coordination with clients, vendors, and the internal team to guarantee smooth event execution. Additional responsibilities include optimizing processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe work environment. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills Experience in logistics, inventory management, and process optimization Problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking capabilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with event planning or equipment rental is a plus Clean driving record and the ability to pull an enclosed trailer Must be able to pass a DOT physical (cost covered by PTR) Proficiency in relevant software for scheduling or logistics management High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field is preferred Ability to work on-site in Brainerd, MN, with some flexibility for evening or weekend hours as event schedules demand Website
