Chief Operations Officer

Assist the Credit Union President/CEO in the overall management of the Credit Union. This position has direct responsibility for the administration and supervision of front end and back end operations within established policies and guidelines. Specific Duties Assist the President/CEO in the overall management of the Credit Union. Oversee the Credit Union’s Member Information Security Program. Oversee the Credit Union's operations department. Manage and recommend the purchase of equipment and supplies to ensure adequate equipment, supplies, and working space is available. Attend Board meetings and report on assigned areas of responsibility as requested by the President/CEO. Perform the duties of the Bank Secrecy Act compliance officer. Handle all functions related to imputing payroll for employees A full job description is available upon request. Qualifications Accounting experience or training (required). Thorough knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel applications (required). Experience or training in the field of Information Technology (IT) (preferred). Supervisory or management experience and training (preferred). Payroll experience (preferred) Human Resources experience (beneficial). Must be a detail oriented, self-motived individual with good organizational skills. Must be able to exercise confidentiality and discretion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
