About the RoleAs a Receptionist, you are the first impression for our guests both in person and over the phone. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to multitask with a positive attitude. What You'll DoGreet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor Answer and manage incoming calls using a multi-line switchboard Transfer calls, take messages, and provide accurate information Direct visitors to the appropriate departments Maintain a pleasant and professional phone presence Perform data entry, typing, proofreading, and basic office tasks Create signage for gift shop and sales areas as needed Process carry-out and bakery orders (same day and future orders) Take concert ticket orders (phone and in-person) Complete sales order forms Communicate with maintenance and other departments as needed Monitor emergency alerts and assist with announcements if necessary Handle busy situations with professionalism and efficiency What We're Looking ForFriendly, outgoing personality A "smile in your voice" guests can hear it!
