Dispatch Coordinator- Bilingual

Job Description: Dispatch CoordinatorReports To: Dispatch ManagerAssignment Focus: The Dispatch Coordinator will work directly with the Manager to communicate with flooring installers and our internal staff to schedule new installations, punch work, and warranty service. The ideal candidate will have the ability to stay organized and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.Primary Responsibilities:Assist with scheduling installations and assigning installers to jobsFollow-up with flooring installers and service techs throughout the dayCommunicating with all parties involved the status of jobs on the scheduleReviewing jobs to ensure the correct labor amount is being paid, research discrepanciesMaintains order status daily and updates the system with pertinent informationWorks to maintain strong relationships with our installer baseDesired Skills and Experience:Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentSense of urgency and follow-through to complete tasks on timeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong troubleshooting and critical thinking skillsDetail and process orientedAbility to read and interpret floorplans, selections, and specificationsSalary & BenefitsSalary will be commensurate with experienceHealth insurance- 100% of employee premium paidDental, Vision, Supplemental insurance: Available as employee paid benefitPaid time off (PTO)100% Company-paid benefits: Life Insurance and AD&D coveragePaid Holidays
