Role SummaryThe Brand Marketing Manager at FP Movement will lead with purpose and creativity to elevate our brand presence across channels. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, developing clear and impactful creative briefs, and driving cross-functional alignment to bring our brand storytelling to life. This role ensures that all brand initiatives are executed consistently and in alignment with the brand narrative. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, creative thinking, and a strategic mindset for problem-solving.Role ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and brand alignmentCraft marketing and creative briefs that outline clear, concise campaign goals and requirementsPartner with cross-functional teams across marketing, creative, merchandising, buying, and analytics to support evolving business demand and goalsCreate and distribute monthly product priority decks, outlining key product initiatives to align cross-functional teams on strategic focus areasMeasure and track campaign results, owning all marketing recapsDevelop and maintain key marketing tools, including quarterly strategy decks, campaign timelines, marketing calendars, and seasonal product prioritiesWork closely with creative partners to develop campaign print and digital assetsSupport on the ground for campaign shoots and experiential activationsManage relationships with external vendors, agency partners, and organizationsLeverage performance data and consumer insights to optimize future strategiesStrong skills in creating and designing presentation decks using Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Slides Role Qualifications4-5+ years of relevant marketing experiencePassion for FP Movement brand and the activewear spaceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWell-versed in editing, grammar, and proofreading techniquesExtremely organizedStrong work ethic and time management skills, ability to prioritize projects and multitaskA collaborative, "team-first" attitude and willingness to move quicklyDetail-oriented and strategic thinkerExperience with Microsoft Excel, project tracking documents, Asana, and CanvaEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Fashion, Business, or a related field.The PerksURBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
