People who succeed at JCI thrive on collaboration, continuous learning, and regular feedback.About This RoleThis is a contract position running approximately 5–6 months, supporting a focused digital campaign effort on behalf of a JCI client. The role is designed for someone who can hit the ground running on digital execution — managing content, maintaining platforms, and helping drive campaign momentum from launch through close.As a Digital Campaign Associate, you will be an embedded member of the campaign team, executing across social media, web, design, and communications — with opportunities to take ownership of specific workstreams as the campaign progresses. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants real, hands-on campaign experience with a deadline and a deliverable.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging multiple social media channels in support of campaign goalsDesigning, writing, and scheduling content across platformsEditing and uploading short-form video contentUpdating and maintaining client and company websitesGraphic design for digital and print campaign assetsWriting materials tied to campaign messagingDesigning and producing presentations and reportsSupporting media outreach and tracking coverageResearch, monitoring, and campaign performance analysisAdministering and maintaining the campaign content calendarSkills & Experience RequiredStrong copywriting and digital content skillsExperience creating and scheduling social media contentProficiency with tools including Squarespace or Wix, Canva, social media scheduling platforms (Buffer, Loomly, etc.), and Constant ContactAbility to manage a content calendar across a multi-month campaign timelineComfortable working on a defined project timeline with clear milestones and deadlinesExperience with podcast and/or video editing software (GarageBand, Premiere Pro, CapCut) preferredStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team in person and remotelyAI FluencyExperience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for content creation, research, or workflow efficiency is expectedExperience building or customizing AI tools — such as custom GPTs, prompt libraries, automation workflows, or AI-assisted pipelines — is a strong plus but not requiredEducationUndergraduate senior or graduate student in Strategic Public Relations, Communications, Public Diplomacy, Public Policy, Public Administration, or Business/Marketing preferred.Reports ToTeam Lead (for assigned accounts)PrincipalCompensation: $22.50/hr Hours: 20–30 hours per week (Preference for hours to be concentrated on consistent days each week) Duration: ~5–6 months (contract)
