Job Summary:Bolton's Pharmacy Inc is an independently owned and operated retail, patient centered pharmacy, since 1895. Bolton's Pharmacy specializes in retail, long-term care, single dose packaging, multi-dose packaging, adherence management, diabetic education, and durable medical equipment, making it an ideal professional environment to gain a vast variety of skill sets.We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate have excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Must be a team player yet be able to work independently, take initiative and exercise good judgment in decision making. Must have a vested interest in improving patient care, willing to keep up with current best practices and guidelines. Must be visible, approachable, and team oriented. Must foster a culture of passion for continuous improvement and forward thinking. Must demonstrate leadership skills and have a level of professional maturity that allows you to carry out all responsibilities of the position. You will be responsible for dispensing and procurement of drugs, patient monitoring, patient counseling and more. Must be willing to handle multiple projects simultaneously and undertake new responsibilities as assigned.Graduates awaiting licensure may apply as well.Qualifications: - Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited pharmacy program - Active pharmacist license in the state of New York - Strong knowledge of pharmacy law and medical terminology - Experience in utilization management, pain management, and medication administration - Excellent communication and patient service skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentThis position offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
