Merchandiser

Dynamic Apparel Group is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Production Merchandiser to manage lab dips, strike-offs, samples, trims, and approvals while ensuring on-time deliveries across all stages of development and production. This role will work closely with overseas factories and internal teams to streamline approvals, reduce development delays, and maintain product quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and approve lab dips, strike-offs, trims, and samples for color, quality, and overall executionCommunicate daily with overseas factories regarding approvals, comments, and developmentupdatesMonitor development timelines to ensure approvals do not delay production or delivery schedulesAssist with sourcing and reviewing new fabrications and materialsProvide clear and actionable comments to factories to minimize trial-and-error roundsMaintain strong awareness of delivery timelines and production prioritiesSupport the development and production process from concept through final approvalIdeal QualificationsStrong eye for color, quality, and product presentationExperience working with overseas factories and production timelinesKnowledge of garment development, approvals, and sourcing processesAbility to balance quality standards with delivery deadlinesExcellent benefits.
