Job DescriptionLocal candidates with ability to work hybrid on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Eagan officeThis position is responsible for supporting and executing digital experience initiatives and strategies that support Client’s organizational objectives and customer needs. You will be responsible for publishing engaging customer-centric digital experiences on bluecrossmn.com. The Digital Experience Specialist will focus on executing enhancements for Client’s public site at strategic touchpoints throughout the customer journey. You will accomplish this by supporting the Digital Experience team as it migrates its main website to a new design and publishing system.A Day In The LifeAttend working sessions to identify, plan, prioritize and analyze needs alongside key stakeholders.Work with UX designers, developers, and digital strategists to execute effective digital experience creation.Use custom layouts and components to create new pages that support website migration objectivesEdit existing content for accuracy, style standards and digital best practicesFollow processes and procedures for publishing and developmentOptimize content for search enginesAdd tagging to media and document library to empower targeted digital experiencesTest digital experiences and validate content quality and expected behaviorValidate CMS component functionality and report issuesNice To HaveBachelor's degreeDrupal layout builder publishing experienceTesting and quality assurance (QA) experienceExperience working in an agile product-led environmentBasic understanding of HTML preferredBackground in CX / UX / Design ThinkingKnowledge of the health care market (market dynamics, regulations)Experience working with IT, Product and/or Customer service teamsRequired Skills And ExperiencesMinimum of 1 year in digital and/or content-related roles (strategist, copywriter, etc.)All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be consideredAbility to embody Client’s values and represent as digital experience thought leaderDemonstrated experience writing, editing, and/or publishing consumer content for varied forms of interactive media (web, social, email, mobile)Demonstrated experience and passion for content strategy and digital landscapeKnowledge of content marketing best practices and trendsExperience working with a variety of content management systems (CMS) and workflow toolsAwareness of taxonomy, SEO and metadata best practices and strategyA strong interest in, or knowledge of, how health care organizations use content strategy and customer empathy to engage with their consumersResults-oriented approach driven by organization and consumer goals
