This role supports the execution of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. You will assist in campaign execution, search engine optimization, AI visibility and AI-driven optimization, social media management, link building, and digital PR efforts — working closely with senior team members to help drive brand awareness and deliver measurable results.This role is a great fit for someone who is excited about integrating AI tools every day to increase digital visibility and enhance marketing workflows and — not just using them but helping the team use them smarter. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, email, off property content, retargeting and display channels under the direction of senior marketing leadersWorking with content creation team, manage the scheduling and posting of social media content across platforms, ensuring accuracy, timing, and brandSupport link building efforts and assist with digital syndication outreach, including maintaining contact lists, researching new backlink opportunities, tracking placements, and coordinating follow-upsAssist in the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, scheduling, and performance trackingMonitor website traffic and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Hubspot and compile reports for review by senior team membersSupport SEO efforts through keyword research assistance, metadata updates, and on-page optimization tasksActively support AI optimization efforts, including optimizing content for AI-driven search experiences (e.g., Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT search, Perplexity), and identifying opportunities to improve brand visibility within AI-generated resultsLeverage AI tools — including LLMs, automation platforms, and emerging agent frameworks — to streamline campaign support, accelerate research, improve workflow efficiency, and assist in the development of repeatable AI-assisted processes for the teamAssist in evaluating and testing new AI tools and platforms, documenting findings and making recommendations to senior team membersUpdate website content using Hubspot content management system and serve back-up to Hubspot marketing automation admin.Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates and the evolving AI search and optimization landscapeProvide general support to the marketing team with reporting, competitive research, and ad hoc projects as needed Qualifications: RequiredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketingDemonstrated experience with AI tools such as Jasper, ChatGPT, Gemini, or ClaudeProficiency with social media platforms and scheduling/management toolsFamiliarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)Familiarity with AI search behavior and how platforms like Google (AI Overviews), Bing Copilot, ChatGPT, and Perplexity surface and cite contentExperience with Google Analytics or other web analytics platformsExceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferredExperience supporting link buildingFamiliarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Brightedge, Moz, Ahrefs or similarExperience with or curiosity about AI agent development, prompt engineering, or workflow automation toolsExperience with a CMS platform such as Hubspot, WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, etc.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and Schema foundations, including structured data markup relevant to AI and search visibilityBaseline knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, for small edits and projectsLocation: This is a full-time, on-site position located at our office in Eagan, Minnesota. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this role.
