They have received numerous awards, including, but not limited to the following: Top Workplace USA Honoree 2021-2022, multiple 'Broker-Dealer of The Year' recipient, and have been featured in countless industry related news stories, articles, and publications.The Role:Responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks, reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementing software systems.Responsibilities:Contribute to the timely development and delivery of quality source code and software components using industry best practices to meet business and design requirementsContribute to technical solution design for one or more complex applications as defined by the software development teamPerform design and code peer reviews and apply learnings to future development tasksParticipate in trade-off analyses and provide input to architectural analysis tasksUnderstand unit testing principles in order to apply practices during the build and execution of assigned workCollaborate with team members to advance quality assurance automation testingMaintain and enhance working knowledge of trends in software development, technological advancement, and how applications support the firms industry and competitive positioningWorks directly on complex application/technical problem identification and resolution, including responding to off-shift and weekend support calls if need it.Works independently on complex systems that may be used by one or more applications or systems;Develops major system modules, programs or integrates infrastructure components based on requirements gathered from customers;Performs integrated testing and customer acceptance testing of components that requires careful planning and execution to ensure timely, quality results;Fully knowledgeable of the relevant programming languages, program design and specification development, programming logic, logic diagrams, system analysis techniques, testing, debugging, documentation standards, file design, storage and internal systems and cross platform infrastructure components; can provide training on these topics for others;Assists customers with documentation, training and usability efforts.Onboard and guide other application development teams to the enterprise IAM services you supportRequired Skills and Qualifications:Bachelors degree from four-year college or university; and three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceConfigure B2C user identities (Schema extension as required), custom policies (sign-in, sign-out, password reset) IEF(Identity experience Framework), application registration.Develop custom login page and password reset page.Proficient in user authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Azure Active Directory B2C connections, tokens and cookies.Understanding of MSAL, Microsoft Graph, OpenID Connect, XML, OAuth2, SAMLExperience with modern UI patterns and libraries including HTML, JavaScript, jQuery.
