We are proud to foster a workplace culture that has been recognized with several Top Workplace awards.Job SummaryThis hands-on role includes leading robust client and intercompany departmental interaction, strategic project identification, developing highly collaborative relationships internally and externally, and ensuring high levels of customer service, championing the ONE EDA mindset.Job ResponsibilitiesMaterials ManagementPromptly update Project Management upon the arrival of materialsOrganize job materials into designated sectionsSend biweekly updates to Project Managers on material status in the shopFacilitiesObtain quotes from vendorsSchedule repairs, track progress, and update the teamManage inbound facility requestsPurchase parts and materials for repairsShop ReturnsDirect drivers to designated return areasSort, count, label, and date returned materialsNotify Project Managers of returned materialsLabel materials being held for future useProcess returns of eligible itemsHandle excess or unused inventoryShop InventoryPurchase inventory, consumables, safety supplies, parts and equipmentProcure requested items for field teams and ensure delivery to the job siteEnsure all associated costs are properly tracked and chargedStage inventory for next-day deliveryOperations SupportAssist drivers as neededDrive when requiredHelp load and unload trucksKnowledge, Skills, And Abilities3–5 years of experience in warehouse operationsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of OSHA guidelines and best practicesExperience with fleet and equipment management (roofing, masonry, carpentry)Hands-on experience with heavy equipment and trucking operationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilitiesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailEffective time management with the ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize and delegate tasks appropriatelyHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityAbility to perform effectively under pressure with a sense of urgencyhttps://youtu.be/xN_qKcxUCvAThis information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this role.
