Job SummaryWe are seeking a self-driven Executive, Commercial Management to support a global shipowner company by driving sales and service performance through KPI management, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration.ResponsibilitiesTrack and analyze Sales and Service KPIs to identify performance gaps and implement continuous improvement actionsLead the rollout and adoption of business dashboards across multiple countries to enhance data-driven decision-makingDrive change management for SOPs related to chat, booking, and documentation processes, including stakeholder communication and implementation supportCollaborate with the global CRM team to analyze case management data, identifying trends and opportunities for operational improvementsEvaluate and support the implementation of productivity tools such as Quicktext, Macros, Labels, and Genbot to enhance team efficiencyGuide stakeholders in designing, creating, and optimizing webforms to improve data quality and streamline processesAssist in managing and auditing SAS Sales processes, ensuring harmonization of sales data and reporting accuracySupport the delivery of non-CRM related sales training to enhance team capabilitiesManage relationships with stakeholders across different organizational levels and geographies to ensure alignment and effective collaborationPreferred competencies and qualificationsExperience in the shipping and maritime industryExperience with CRM and case management systems and processesProficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau to develop dashboards and generate actionable insightsAdvanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions2-3 years of experience in service management, sales excellence, or business / data analysisJ-18808-Ljbffr
