Production Technician
Duration: 12 MonthsShift: Nights (2-2-3 schedule)Hours: 6pm to 6:30amPay Rate: 28.50Location: Frederick, MDInterview Process:One 30 minute teams interviewJob Responsibilities (to include key result areas, specific accountabilities, tasks, etc.)• Operation of processing equipment according to established SOPs, MPRs, & SPRsin accordance with cGMPs. Related operations include but are not limited tosolution preparation, cell culture, purification & formulation, and supporting activities.• Train with qualified Technician on activities related to operating process equipment with requirements of qualification.• Follow and execute cGMP documentation.• Utilize Manufacturing Execution systems (MES).• Contribute to problem solving activities for non-routine activities on production floor.• Participate in continuous improvement activities for Manufacturing.• Adhere to AstraZeneca values and behaviors.• Other duties as assigned or identified.Essential• 0-1 yrs experience with High School Diploma• Ability to work independently or in collaboration with others on assigned tasks.•Ability to comply cGMP standards• Must possess computer skills• Ability to follow instruction and directionsDesirable• BS/BA degree preferred• Degree in STEM field• Prior experience or exposure with aseptic/cGMP standards and environmentBenefitsWhen it comes to working, we want to help take some of life’s pressures off - where we can.
