Manufacturing Associate
Job Summary:The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for executing production operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). This role supports the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products through strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Perform manufacturing activities such as weighing, dispensing, compounding, filtration, filling, and packaging of pharmaceutical productsOperate, monitor, and maintain production equipment in accordance with SOPsEnsure all activities comply with cGMP, safety, and regulatory standardsAccurately complete batch records, logbooks, and other documentation in real timeAssist in equipment setup, cleaning, and changeover activitiesIdentify and report deviations, non-conformances, and safety concerns promptlyParticipate in investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions (CAPA)Maintain cleanroom standards and follow aseptic techniques where applicableSupport continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization effortsCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and EngineeringRequired Skills & Competencies:Knowledge of cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processesStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracyAbility to follow detailed instructions and SOPsBasic understanding of cleanroom operations and aseptic practices (preferred)Good communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment
