General Manager

Our client is a privately held, growth-oriented aerospace and defense company. Our client desires a proactive leader who is results oriented with world-class experience. The Site General Manager provides executive leadership for the facility, helping maintainlProfit and Loss (P&L)accountability. You will lead a multidisciplinary teamincluding engineering, quality, and program managementto deliver critical components while ensuring 100% adherence to AS9100 and ITAR regulations. Key Responsibilities Operational & Strategic Leadership:Drive strategic vision and daily performance across a growing and complex machining environment. Regulatory & Quality Oversight:Maintain readiness for all compliance and regulations as it relates to aerospace/defense components and systems P&L & Financial Management:Own the site budget, forecasting, and capital investment planning to optimize margins and ROI on high-cost machinery. Customer & Program Relations:Serve as the primary executive face for Tier 1 aerospace OEMs and defense contractors, managing complexNew Product Introductionand delivery schedules. Security & Compliance:Oversee standards to safeguard sensitive technical data. Required Qualifications Experience:1015+ years of progressive leadership experience Education:Bachelors degree inMechanical/Manufacturing Engineeringor Business; anMBAis highly preferred. Experience with CNCprocesses and highly engineered aerospace or defense components Citizenship:Due to defense contract requirements, applicants must typically beU.S. Citizens Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
