Hilton Task Force General ManagerLocation: Nashville, TN 37214Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hilton Task Force General Manager to lead and oversee operations at our Hilton property in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with specific experience managing Hilton branded hotels and task force initiatives.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all aspects of hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.Implement Hilton brand standards and task force directives to drive performance improvements.Collaborate with corporate teams and local stakeholders to align hotel goals with Hilton’s strategic objectives.Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting to maximize profitability.Recruit, train, and develop hotel staff to maintain high levels of service and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with all Hilton policies, safety regulations, and local laws.Identify opportunities for operational improvements and lead task force initiatives to address challenges.Maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and community partners.QualificationsProven experience as a General Manager within Hilton hotels or similar hospitality brands.Demonstrated success in managing task force projects or turnaround initiatives.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Knowledge of Hilton brand standards and operational procedures.Location flexibility and willingness to work in Nashville, TN 37214.Must be willing to travel for thirty days straight.
