Regional Property Manager

A well-established property management firm with 50+ communities nationwide is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 8 multifamily communities across multiple states.Location: Remote with travel to properties in Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, and OhioPortfolio: 8 properties all tax credit transitioning to market rate over the next 2-3 yearsResponsibilities:• Provide leadership and operational oversight for 8 multifamily properties• Mentor and support on-site teams to achieve occupancy, retention, and financial goals• Monitor property performance, budgets, and capital improvements• Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations• Collaborate with corporate departments to streamline operations and reportingRequirements:• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience, with 2+ years in a regional leadership role• Proven success in managing multiple assets and leading diverse teams• Strong financial acumen and operational strategy skills• Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution abilities• CAM, CAPS, or CPM designation a plus• Experience with LIHTCCompensation & Benefits:Base Salary: $120,000 – $135,000 (potential to go outside this range)Bonus: Additional bonus potential• 401(k), health/dental/vision/FSA• Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time• Mileage reimbursement or car allowance• Ongoing training, leadership development, and certification opportunitiesAbility to Commute to commute / travel as needed requiredPhysical RequirementsThis position requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the role, which may include standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
