ResponsibilitiesSupport and help lead a large-scale office consolidation and relocation project Coordinate vendors, timelines, logistics, and day-to-day project operationsManage multiple moving parts and ensure projects stay on track in a fast-paced environmentPartner with internal teams during office transition and relocation effortsProvide proactive operational support and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycleQualificationsProject management experience with ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience with office facilities, buildouts, or relocations in a mid-to-large companyVendor management and space planning experienceAbility to coordinate across internal and external stakeholdersExperience supporting office moves or transitions is a plus
