Web UI Developer

Location: Atlanta,GA Positions: Multiple positions across the states Job Type: Contract or Contract to Hire Responsibilities: The responsibilities include consuming wire frames, comps and style guides to develop complex web based user interfaces utilizing HTML 5, CSS 3 and JQuery. The UI Developer must also be able to create, modify and completely understand JSP and JSTL. This position demands heavy interaction with Java developers. The ideal candidate has 10+ years experience developing large scale web user interfaces. Works within a highly collaborative Scrum team to rapidly release product increments. Must command superior communication skills and the ability to articulate technical details to non-technical business colleagues. Qualifications: 10+ Years HTML, CSS, JavaScript 10+ Years JQuery or similar JavaScript framework 10+ Years JSP and JSTL Expert in hand-coded, cross browser supported, W3C compliant web pages Expert in UI inspection and debugging tools like Firebug, Google Page Speed, Y-Slow etc. Demonstrable portfolio of websites that implement progressive enhancement Solid understanding of ADA with demonstrable 508 Compliance knowledge Experience with java script tools such as bootstrap, jasmine, grunt, bower, and sass.
