The successful candidate will be responsible for stabilizing and enhancing financial reporting and analytics, driving process improvement in accounting and finance, and leading the finance function through a pending transaction. This includes providing disciplined pricing, margin, and profitability analysis, as well as ensuring diligence readiness and data transparency for the PE-backed transaction. The role demands an individual who can quickly restore confidence in financial data, is comfortable with the details, and can partner closely with executive leadership and PE partners. Applicants for the Interim CFO position at the company must have a proven track record as a hands-on CFO within PE-backed healthcare services organizations, with a preference for those with experience in a $50M revenue environment. The role requires a candidate with a strong accounting foundation, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced setting. Experience in a multi-service-line business and a background in sale-side transactions within a PE environment are essential.
