RequirementsWhat We're Looking For:Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Required Must hold an active CPA license.Experience Minimum of 3-5 years in public accounting, with a focus on tax consulting.Technical Expertise Deep understanding of federal and state tax codes, regulations, and compliance.Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Ability to identify tax-saving opportunities and develop innovative strategies.Strong Communication & Leadership Adept at managing client relationships and mentoring staff.Tech-Savvy Proficiency in tax preparation software and financial systems (Ultra Tax experience a bonus).
