Compensation: The pay for this role is $26.00 per hour - biweekly Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and more Highlights: This position is a direct hire opportunity with long-term career growth potential In-office position supporting collaboration, engagement, and professional development Multiple schedule options available including evenings and weekends No relocation or sponsorship available for this role Available Schedules: Tuesday – Friday: 7:55 AM – 4:55 PM | Saturday: 8:55 AM – 5:55 PM Tuesday – Friday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Saturday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Responsibilities: Assist clients through inbound calls regarding credit and short-term lending needs Identify additional financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services Support customers with credit cards, lending solutions, checking accounts, and savings accounts Build and deepen client relationships through active listening and problem-solving Respond to customer questions and concerns while creating customized solutions Identify opportunities for referrals to additional lines of business Maintain compliance and manage risk in all customer interactions Provide a positive customer experience through professionalism, empathy, and strong communication Navigate multiple systems and technologies while handling client interactions efficiently Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback initiatives Requirements: Fluent in both Spanish and English (speak, read, and write) required High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of call center, customer service, banking, retail, or hospitality experience preferred Experience with sales, cross-selling, upselling, or referrals preferred Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work weekends and scheduled shifts as required Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Strong attention to detail and client-focused mindset Preferred Qualifications: Experience in banking or financial services Experience working in inbound or outbound contact center environments Experience as a Personal Banker or supporting high client volume Ability to support credit card and lending solutions Education: Required: High School Diploma or GED If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this job posting or email resume and job title to Jenise Nottage at jnottage@alinestaffing.com . .
