Compensation: • The pay for this position is $26.00 per hour - biweekly • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Highlights: • Full-time banking call center opportunity • Tuesday – Friday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM • Saturday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM • Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K • Opportunity for career growth with a major financial institution Responsibilities: • Handle inbound customer calls regarding banking products and account services • Assist clients with credit cards, lending products, checking and savings accounts • Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services • Build customer relationships through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving • Support upselling, cross-selling, and referrals to additional banking solutions • Resolve customer concerns and provide customized solutions • Maintain compliance with banking regulations and company procedures • Utilize multiple computer systems and tools while managing customer interactions • Deliver a positive customer experience in a fast-paced call center environment Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED required • Minimum 2 years of customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, sales, or banking experience preferred • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable working weekends and evening shifts • Intermediate computer proficiency required • Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to adapt to changing technology and processes • Comfortable receiving coaching and performance feedback Preferred Qualifications: • Banking or financial services experience • Inbound/outbound call center experience • Sales, upselling, or cross-selling experience • Retail or hospitality customer service background • Experience handling high-volume customer interactions If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this job posting or email resume and job title to Jenise Nottage at jnottage@alinestaffing.com . .
