Project Management for a significant project to upgrade the FinancialManagement System (FMS) suite of applications in compliance with ITSstandards. Identify and resolve all issues related to hardware andsoftware for the project. Major participation in the creation, monitoringand reporting of required application upgrades.2. Participate in all phases of system development activities: requirementgathering, design, development, testing and deployment by the followingitems:3. a) Written reports of user requirements are thorough and complete.4. b) Modifications adhere to prevailing standards, are thoroughly testedand completed on schedule.5. c) Standard migration processes across multiple environments arefollowed.6. d) Maintain system documentation including functional and detaildesigns.--- Required Qualifications ---• 84 Months of Experience directing design and development activities andassisting in the development and maintenance of a detailed work plan• 84 Months of Experience in creating and managing a risk management plan.• 84 Months of Experience in creating and managing a change managementplan.• 84 Months of Experience in creating and managing a communication plan.• 84 Months of Experience in coordinating issue resolution.• 84 Months of Experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions andother collaborative meetings.• PMI-ACP (PMI Agile Certified Practitioner) or CSM (Certified Scrum Master)Certfication• Master's Degree
