HBITS: HBITS-07-14785Expert, Systems Architect30 month contractInterview: Virtual InterviewWork model: 50% telecommuting, 50% Office per weekTitle: Systems ArchitectDefines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirement, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design.Skill Level: Expert84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.--- Project Description ---This project involves the upgrading and combining of various agingsystems into one comprehensive Homeless Information ManagementSystem (HMIS)The System Architect will work closely with the HMIS Project Managerand technical staff to evaluate, improve, redesign and rewrite thevarious systems that comprise the HMIS system.--- Day-to-Day Tasks ------ Required Qualifications ---• A Bachelor's Degree• 84 month's experience designing application architecture, developing &deploying n-tier asp.Net Web apps using vb.net web services and WindowsCommunication Foundation.• 84 months experience analyzing business processes and workflows; andworking with non-technical staff to develop system specifications andresolve issues.• 60 months experience using Oracle and PL/SQL packages including SQLprogramming and JSON.• 36 months experience as a Web GUI designer including accessibilitycompliance and using Angular Single Page Applications (SPA), Redux,Angular versions 9 thru 14.• 36 months experience development applications utilizing MVC.Net• 24 months experience development applications relating to governmenthuman service eligibility systems.• 36 months experience using object-oriented principles and concepts todesign complex business objects• 36 months experience using SQL Reporting Services (SSRS)
