You will oversee Digital Merchandising and Strategy, driving revenue and conversion across all platforms. Your role will involve defining and executing a best-in-class customer experience through effective site content and innovative merchandising tactics. You will drive strategies to support both supply and demand while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Editorial, Creative, Sales, Marketing, Product and Tech and Operations, to ensure a seamless experience for both customers and consignors. Your efforts will help shape the next phase of growth for our organization, fostering innovation in the market. You will drive profitable growth through strategic planning, data-driven decision making and innovative digital solutions. This position reports to the Chief Merchandising Officer.Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 15+ years of experience defining and managing digital merchandising and merchandising for ecommerce and wholesale business for a fashion brand and/or luxury brandsExtensive experience leading digital merchandising strategies, including product assortment, pricing, promotions, and content optimization for eCommerce and omni-channel platforms.Proven experience owning and managing a P&L, with a strong track record of driving profitability and growth through effective merchandising strategies.Dynamic leader with a proven ability to inspire and develop teams, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance.Skilled at analyzing business performance through data, with the ability to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.Proven ability to quickly build credibility, trust, and strong relationships with peers, business partners, and senior leadership.Ability to remain flexible and adapt strategies as business needs evolve, with a hands-on approach to driving execution and delivering results.This role must be based in either San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY.Ability to travel 30%Preferred Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package.
