Coordinator, Digital Merchandising
Digital Merchandising Coordinator We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Digital Merchandising Coordinator to support and execute site merchandising strategies across our e-commerce platform. This role is responsible for managing product categorization, optimizing on-site experiences, and supporting marketing initiatives through product placement and linking strategies. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role that requires strong organization, adaptability, and a data-driven mindset. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities, collaborate cross-functionally, and quickly identify and resolve issues that impact the customer experience. Responsibilities Build and manage product categories based on trends, merchandising direction, and performance data Execute product recommendation strategies aligned with merchant priorities and key metrics Create product groupings and linking strategies to support marketing campaigns Maintain and update site content using CMS and analytics tools Partner with cross-functional teams (Site Content, Operations, Creative, UX, Planning, and Technology) to execute site updates Identify and troubleshoot site issues; ensure resolution before customer impact Support weekly and monthly merchandising reporting Perform ongoing QA to ensure site accuracy, functionality, and user experience Monitor and drive performance metrics including conversion, add-to-cart, and sales Prioritize work based on business impact, analytics, and timelines Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Experience in a professional or collaborative work environment Strong communication skills across teams and functions Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proactive and self-driven Interest in retail and e-commerce environments Comfortable working with technical systems and troubleshooting site issues Strong computer and internet proficiency Preferred Skills Experience with product, content, or catalog management systems Understanding of e-commerce site structure and user experience Ability to troubleshoot technical website issues Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to inform decisions
