HR Generalist | Healthcare IndustryWe’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a growing healthcare organization in Wethersfield, CT. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting employees, managing HR operations, and driving day-to-day HR initiatives within a healthcare setting.What You’ll Do:Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned colleague groupsHandle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentialitySupport daily HR operations, employee records, and administrative processesMaintain and update HR systems and employee data accuratelyAssist with onboarding, policy guidance, and HR-related inquiriesCoordinate HR documentation and support various administrative functionsEnsure compliance with company policies and HR proceduresCollaborate with internal teams to support a positive employee experienceWhat You Bring:2–3 years of HR Generalist experience requiredStrong employee relations experience is a mustExperience working with HR systems and maintaining employee dataExcellent organizational and administrative skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environmentProfessional, detail-oriented, and highly dependableHealthcare industry experience is a plusTop candidates are proactive, organized, and confident handling employee-facing HR responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. 📍 Location: Wethersfield, CT 06109 (Onsite)💵 Pay: $25 – $30/hour.
