Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates across multiple platforms Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Manage job postings and candidate pipelines Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish Requirements: Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously Familiarity with ATS and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) Self-driven and results-oriented mindset What We Offer: Weekly Pay Health Insurance Full time position Paid holidays High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience. Previous experience with Carebridge and Paycom strongly preferred. One (1) year of basic clerical experience or six (6) months of directly related experience involving office functions. Familiar with all office equipment, such as fax, copier, scanner. Effective verbal and written English communication skills. Demonstrated basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.
