Individuals who thrive here are proactive, detail‑oriented, and motivated to grow within a collaborative project team.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, review, and track submittalsWrite, manage, and track RFIs; assist with change order processingPrepare and maintain meeting agendas and minutesMaintain construction drawings and as‑built documentationAssist the Project Manager and Superintendent with subcontract and schedule administrationPrepare and manage procurement tracking logs aligned with project schedulesTrack submittals, RFIs, responses, project changes, and work progress to prevent delays or errorsMaintain electronic and hard‑copy project files as requestedDistribute current drawings and specifications to subcontractorsSupport QA/QC efforts to ensure materials are installed per approved submittalsDocument construction activities through written records and jobsite photosFile inspection reports, test reports, and other project documentationParticipate in project closeout activitiesSupport and help enforce jobsite safety and OSHA standardsAssist with job cost reporting and quantity verificationUnderstand CPM scheduling and support efforts to meet project milestonesAssist in creating, managing, and modifying subcontract agreements and purchase ordersTrack master subcontract agreements and confirm signed copies are returnedRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field2–4 years of experience on commercial construction projects (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication skills and ability to work collaborativelyA genuine drive to help build high‑quality projectsBenefits100% employer‑covered medical and dental insurance for employee plansHealth Savings Account (HSA) with monthly employer contributions401(k) with company matchEmployer‑paid life insurance and disability coverageOptional voluntary supplemental benefitsPTO and paid holidays
