What You'll Do Lead mechanical construction projects, overseeing scope, budgets, schedules, safety, and profitability Manage project financials, labor forecasting, material costs, and risk mitigation Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Prepare estimates, proposals, project scopes, and negotiate change orders Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and field teams to ensure successful project execution Procure major equipment and subcontractors while tracking deliveries and project milestones Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, project specifications, and safety standards Mentor and support Project Engineers and Project Coordinators Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to client development efforts What We're Looking For Experience managing mechanical construction projects from planning through completion Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, and multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management platforms such as Bluebeam, Procore/ACC, Smartsheet, and Viewpoint Vista Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred Why Join Us?
