This is an opportunity to lead project teams, build strong client relationships, mentor developing talent, and drive successful project outcomes while contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused culture. What You'll DoLead mechanical construction projects, overseeing scope, budgets, schedules, safety, and profitabilityManage project financials, labor forecasting, material costs, and risk mitigationDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsPrepare estimates, proposals, project scopes, and negotiate change ordersCoordinate with engineering, fabrication, and field teams to ensure successful project executionProcure major equipment and subcontractors while tracking deliveries and project milestonesEnsure compliance with contractual requirements, project specifications, and safety standardsMentor and support Project Engineers and Project CoordinatorsIdentify opportunities for business growth and contribute to client development effortsWhat We're Looking ForExperience managing mechanical construction projects from planning through completionStrong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team membersKnowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferredExcellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skillsProven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, and multiple prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management platforms such as Bluebeam, Procore/ACC, Smartsheet, and Viewpoint VistaDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferredWhy Join Us?We invest in our employees' success through career development, leadership training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities.
