You will assist clients with inquiries and schedule appointments to maintain their vehicles while supporting a smooth business flow. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle a high volume of inbound and moderate outbound phone calls with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction. Use digital platforms to organize and manage scheduling and customer information. Communicate and transfer information effectively across teams and departments. Job Requirements: QualificationsExperience with phone communication or telemarketing, preferably in automotive, business development, or customer service (preferred but not required). Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude when interacting with clients. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with management and colleagues effectively. Organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient computer and data entry skills; knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is preferred.
