We offer competitive compensation ranging from $80,000 to $200,000 per year, along with a full benefits package. This is a full-time role where you will contribute to delivering excellent customer experiences by selling quality, reliable, and attractive vehicles. Job DetailsSalary: From $80,000 to $200,000 per year Job Type: Full Time Location: Woodside, NY 11377 ResponsibilitiesGreet customers on the sales floor and assess their vehicle preferences and needs. Explain vehicle features and demonstrate their operation both in the showroom and during test drives. Research vehicle availability and optional equipment using the dealership database. Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate pricing, including taxes, trade-in values, fees, discounts, financing, and lease terms. Perform visual inspections while managing the vehicle inventory on the lot. Complete necessary paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery and registration. Deliver vehicles to customers and provide orientation on features and maintenance. Participate in training sessions and department meetings as required. Maintain consistent and reliable attendance to support team success. Strong sales skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities. Effective organizational and follow-up skills to maintain client relationships before and after sales. Valid driver's license is required. Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to speak a second language is preferred but not required.
