Physician: Primary Care Jacksonville FLSeeks a BC/BE primary care physician to join a healthcare team near Jacksonville FL. The incoming physician will serve as Medical Director for the SNF, follow and admit patients to both units and see patients in our Adult Medicine practice. SNF patients must be seen every 60 days. Admissions must be completed within 24-48 hours. The duties between these two units will roughly encompass 12 hours of work (8 clinical and 4 administrative).
