Our team values collaboration, skill, and a shared goal of delivering excellence in all facets of landscaping and business operations.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Office and Payroll Administrator based in Henrico, VA, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Office and Payroll Administrator will be responsible for handling general office administrative duties, client communication,  proposal generation, overseeing payroll processing, garnishments, taxes, and compliance; managing employee benefits; supporting accounting-related activities; and ensuring continued customer and employee satisfaction and retention. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can balance multiple responsibilities while upholding organizational standards.QualificationsExperience with Payroll Administration, including handling garnishments and payroll taxesProficiency with payroll and accounting softwareKnowledge of Employee Benefits and related administrative processesExceptional organizational and time-management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office products and google docsAttention to detail and compliance with regulatory requirementsAbility to quickly adapt to changeExceptional customer service skillsPrevious experience in office administration is a plusBilingual in Spanish is preferred
