AVP Sales - BFSI
Position: AVP Sales - BFSINY/NJFull TimeSummary:We are seeking an experienced Sales Hunter to drive net-new revenue in the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) vertical across North America. This role is focused on selling digital transformation services, including cloud modernization, AI/ML, automation, customer experience (CX) solutions, data analytics, and platform engineering. The ideal candidate has a strong network, understands the BFSI technology landscape, and thrives in a fast-paced, consultative selling environment.Responsibilities: • Identify and engage decision-makers within banks, insurance companies, credit unions, and fintech’s to position digital transformation solutions. • Drive new client acquisition and manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closure. • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams in offshore to design high-impact transformation pitches and proposals. • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM and sales tools. • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and secure multi-million-dollar deals. • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to create mindshare and build pipeline.Required Skills:• 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales with at least 4+ years in BFSI. • Proven track record of closing net new deals • Strong prospecting and experience in selling into mid market clients • Ability to engage with C-Level executives • Self driven, target oriented and growth mindset • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skillsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
