ACCIDENT/INCIDENT: In the event of an accident/incident the Scheduler will work with the Dispatcher to notify any emergency services as needed, dispatch Truck Foremen or available field personnel to site, and send out an email to the Customer Service/Dispatch Manager, Division Manager and Safety Dept. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION: The Scheduler will call or direct other dispatch personnel to call customers if there are questions on their orders or if service will be late or interrupted.
