The position operates within a matrixed IT Operating Model in which the IT business partner is accountable for the outcomes of a comprehensive set of IT services used to enable the BSNA Sales & Marketing functions.
As a critical part of the Johnson Controls team, works on-site with our commercial customers to set up and program their Johnson Controls Electronic Security Systems (CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Access Control Systems, etc).
Work directly with and in support with BSNA assigned account manager Consulting Engineers across North America to get Basis of Design, approved equal, etc to ensure the Johnson Controls offering is used for project designs.
