Job Title: Business Analyst/QA AnalystLocation: Phoenix AZ (Hybrid)Visa- USC/GC/H4 EAD/GC EAD/OPT EADKey ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance (50%)Develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts to ensure full test coverageExecute manual testing and validate applications against defined business requirements and user acceptance criteriaCollaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet functional requirementsConduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholdersIdentify, document, and track defects, performance issues, and usability concerns Business Analysis (30%)Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflowsPerform gap analysis (as-is vs. to-be) and identify process improvementsCreate use cases (standard, alternate, exception flows) and user storiesDefine clear and testable acceptance criteriaAct as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholdersFacilitate discussions and resolve conflicts across cross-functional teams Process Improvement & Automation (20%)Define and enhance BA and QA standards, processes, and documentationIdentify opportunities for test automationDocument test flows, data dependencies, and system integrationsSupport implementation of automation using approved tools Required SkillsStrong experience with Windows Server environmentsHands-on experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile – Scrum, Kanban)Intermediate experience with Visual Studio / TFS / VSTSExperience working with .NET applications and ETL processesStrong experience with SQL Server (2008 R2 & 2016)Experience with SSIS and SSRSExtensive experience in backend database testing:Indexes Triggers Stored ProceduresPackages Solid experience with STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Preferred QualificationsExperience with API testingExposure to test automation frameworks/toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesInterested candidates can share your resume on saloni.dhawade@leanitcorp.com
