Job Title: Systems / QA AnalystLocation: Scottsdale, Arizona 85250Position SummaryWe are seeking a Systems / QA Analyst to support quality assurance, configuration management, and release readiness across CMS/marketing websites, mobile applications, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and integrations with legacy systems.The ideal candidate will contribute to testing, validation, analysis, and support activities to ensure systems align with business requirements and deliver reliable user experiences. This role will collaborate closely with QA, Product, Marketing, Development, and Architecture teams in an Agile delivery environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTesting & Quality AssuranceExecute functional, regression, and integration testing across:Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMMobile applicationsMarketing websites and CMS platformsAPIs and legacy system integrationsValidate user stories against acceptance criteria and business requirementsIdentify edge cases, negative scenarios, data integrity issues, and cross-system impactsLog, triage, retest, and verify defects through resolutionMaintain and enhance regression test coverage aligned with production behaviorSupport sprint testing, release validation, and UAT readinessAgile & Release SupportParticipate in backlog refinement and Agile ceremoniesEnsure user stories are clear, testable, and integration-awareIdentify dependencies and risks early in the delivery lifecycleSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test data setup and stakeholder demosPrepare and distribute release notes summarizing CRM, web, and mobile changesCreate and maintain training documentation and end-user guidesCMS & Integration SupportSupport CMS configuration and maintenance activitiesValidate website performance, security, and user experience impactsAssist with integration validation involving:CRM systemseCommerce platformsAnalytics toolsEvent platformsMaintain documentation for APIs, plugins, integrations, and custom modulesCollaboration & Continuous ImprovementPartner with Product, Marketing, QA, and Development teams to ensure smooth releases and adoptionSupport production issue triage and defect validationCollaborate with developers on testing strategies and defect resolutionContribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practicesAI-Assisted Tools & AutomationUtilize AI-assisted tools to:Analyze test resultsIdentify defect trends and testing gapsImprove regression coverageDraft release notes and training documentationSupport AI-assisted workflows for troubleshooting and process optimizationRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)4–6+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst, QA Analyst, or hybrid roleExperience working in Agile, sprint-based delivery environmentsStrong analytical, communication, and collaboration skillsStrong understanding of:Agile user storiesAcceptance criteriaSprint workflowsTechnical SkillsExperience with:Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMCMS/web platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Strapi, or similarMobile application testingREST APIs and system integrationsLegacy system integrationsUnderstanding of:HTML, CSS, JavaScriptAPI payloads and system-to-system flowsGoogle Analytics and web tracking conceptsPreferred ExperienceExperience leveraging AI-assisted tools and Large Language Models (LLMs)Familiarity with AI-driven workflows, troubleshooting, documentation, and process optimizationExperience supporting cross-platform releases across CRM, web, and mobile environments
