Job Overview:We are seeking an Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Practice (FP) physician to join our inpatient care team in North Carolina on a locum basis. This is an excellent opportunity to provide impactful care while collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.Position Details:Start Date: ASAPAssignment Duration: 3 months with the option to extendSetting: InpatientSchedule:Monday through Friday, full-time (40 hours per week)No weekends or holidays requiredPatient Load: 10-15 patients per day (rounding)Paper charting (no EMR)Support staff includes Psychiatrists, Social Workers, RNs, and Primary Care providersResponsibilities:Provide high-quality inpatient care for adultsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and manage patient care plansEnsure thorough documentation and communicationRequirements:Board Certified/Board EligibleActive medical license in the state of North Carolina (or eligible to obtain)Previous inpatient experience preferredJoin a passionate team committed to patient-centered care in a supportive environment.
