Bilingual Dental Billing & Insurance Coordinator

We are looking for a bilingual specialist to manage insurance claims, resolve complex billing issues, and ensure a high-quality financial experience for our patientsSchedule: Mondays through Fridays 8 AM to 5 PM PSTResponsibilities Dental Billing & Claims Management (Primary Focus):Prepare, submit, and track dental insurance claims accurately and in a timely mannerFollow up on unpaid, delayed, or denied claims and resolve discrepanciesManage accounts receivable and ensure timely reimbursementHandle charge entry, payment posting, and reconciliation of accountsVerify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage detailsEnsure compliance with billing regulations and proper documentationPatient Coordination & Front Desk Support:Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone or online communicationManage appointment scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellationsHandle patient inquiries related to billing, insurance, treatments, and servicesMaintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA complianceBilling Communication & Sales Support:Explain treatment costs, insurance coverage, and payment options clearly to patientsAddress billing concerns and resolve disputes professionallySupport treatment acceptance by guiding patients through financial aspects of careFollow up with patients regarding pending treatments and outstanding balancesOperational Support:Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth workflowAssist in maintaining organized records and up-to-date documentationSupport overall clinic efficiency through proactive communication and follow-upsRequirementsMust be fluent in Spanish and English2–4 years of dental billing and insurance verification (REQUIRED)Experience with dental claims, insurance processes and coding (Preferred but not required)Experience with accounts receivable, claim follow-ups, and denial managementFamiliarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, EagleSoft, or similar)Experience in outbound dental scheduling and patient coordination is a plusKnowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and treatmentsCoding certification is preferredIndependent Contractor PerksPermanent work from homeImmediate hiringHealth Insurance Coverage for eligible locationsNote Please click the Apply button to complete your application, including the assessment questions, technical check, and voice recording.
