Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a General Factory to join their team. As a General Factory, you will be part of the production department supporting operational efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: General Factory Location: Buffalo, NY Pay Range: $18/hour Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM What's the Job? Check machine area for safety, cleanliness, and mechanical issues at shift start Process corrugated sheets according to specifications and prepare products for the next operation Assist with routine machine set-ups, quality checks, and recognize potential product problems Complete paperwork and data entry related to production metrics Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the shift What's Needed? High school diploma or state-registered GED preferred Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required Reliable transportation Basic computer skills Ability to work in a loud environment with fluctuating temperatures and handle physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds What's in it for me?
