The Managing Director will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements, fostering a diverse and skilled workforce, and maintaining strong partnerships with various stakeholders, including Tribes, local governments, and community-based organizations.Applicants for the Managing Director position should be strategic, action-oriented leaders with a solid understanding of clean energy development and environmental justice practices. The role requires a minimum of 9 years' of professional experience in managing complex programs, policy implementation, and procurement processes, with at least 2 years' in a supervisory capacity. The ideal candidate will have a background in public or business administration, public policy, environmental science, or a related field, and demonstrate competencies in leadership, organizational savvy, program administration, performance accountability, decision-making, and change management.
