H&P evaluations. Will review medications/dosages, (will do physical, check blood pressure, finger stick, get urine sample, and will leave fecal kit for patient to mail in). 5 to 8 assessments per day (Assessments last approx 45-75 mins, last appointment scheduled @ 6 pm). Ages seen: Geriatrics EMR: Proprietary System. All documentation is done on the iPad.
