As part of this division, you'll play a crucial role in supporting initiatives that strengthen our customer relationships and optimize our commercial strategies.Within the Corporate Accounts Business Unit, you'll be at the forefront of managing key relationships with our largest and most strategic customers. Your role will be instrumental in facilitating seamless communication and coordination between our executive leadership and these vital accounts.In this position, you will be supporting the Global Head of Scientific and Therapeutic Development and two (2) Commercial Leaders. Your expertise and support will be essential in enabling these leaders to drive growth, foster innovation, and maintain Thermo Fisher Scientific's position as a leader in the scientific community.As an Executive Assistant at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll support senior leadership in their mission to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. You'll serve as a trusted partner to executives, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and ensuring seamless communication across the organization. Your exceptional organizational abilities, discretion, and proactive approach will be crucial in managing confidential information and handling multiple high-priority tasks. You'll collaborate with teams, coordinate meetings and events, and manage special projects to completion. This role requires someone who remains composed while delivering outstanding administrative support that enables executives to focus on strategic priorities.REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma required. Minimum of 5 years of executive administrative experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of executive assistant experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in a global corporate environment.Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Secretarial Science, or related fieldExpert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)Outstanding organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple competing prioritiesExceptional written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detailDemonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionStrong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organizationExperience coordinating complex international travel and managing visa requirementsProven experience working independently to solve problems creativelyAbility to anticipate needs and take initiative in a dynamic environmentFlexibility to provide occasional support outside standard business hoursProficiency with expense reporting systems (e.g. Concur)Experience in calendar management across multiple time zonesStrong project management and event planning capabilitiesCollaborative mindset with ability to work effectively in a matrix organizationWe offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus scheme, healthcare, company 401k, and a range of employee benefits!
